Our project was born out of the desire to help all colleagues better utilize their minds at work, in order to avoid mental overload, stress, and to increase their focus and alertness. To improve their sense of well-being, as well as their efficiency.
To do so, we have brought together renowned specialists from fields such as cognitive psychology, mental preparation for athletes, sophrology, mindfulness meditation, self-hypnosis, and PNL.
For companies, we provide not only training seminars, but also counseling/prevention programs (face-to-face sessions or via intranet), as well as workplace evaluations. Through our application, we broadcast our premiere micro-coaching audio library to help deal with high-stakes business situations: how to de-stress, unplug, and renew yourself, while improving concentration, creativity, memory, and more.
For training-counseling firms, we offer instructor training and adapt our content (de-stressing, increasing efficacy in business, efficient management…) to create made-to-order white label apps.
