1. How do I create an account?
To create your account, you need to start by downloading the app in the Apple Store or on Google Play or access the webapp.Then, create your account by entering an email address and choosing a password (6 character minimum).
If you have company-provided access, please access it through this page.
You may then begin to browse through the app and choose your desired exercises!
2. I have forgotten my password
If you forget your password, don’t panic! Click on «Forgotten your password?»: you will receive an email with a key to allow you to reset your password.
3. I’m having trouble getting connected
If you have difficulty getting connected, double check that you created an account the first time you logged in.
Then check the browser version you are using and update it if necessary.

4. My exercises stop midway through
The app contents are accessed via the Internet network on your mobile phone. Therefore, an interruption can be caused by your Internet connection. Begin by checking your connection. Remember that you will be able to listen to the exercises offline by adding them to your favorites. To do so, click on the ‘heart’ button, and the exercise will be automatically added to your list of Favorites.
5. How do I update the app?
If your telephone/tablet settings are configured for automatic updates, then you don’t need to do anything.
If not, go to the Apple Store or Google Play and click on “updates” to activate them.
6. Who should I contact if I have a problem?
If you have any difficulty connecting or navigating in the App, do not hesitate to contact our team at: contact@mymentalenergy.com
7. Can I listen to the exercises off-line?
Simply add them to your list of favourites by clicking on the “heart” button. You will then be able to listen to the exercises when you are travelling or even when you are not connected to the internet.
